My sweetie's cousin died from a stroke that was brought on by stage 5 kidney disease. Cause of death? Covid-19. If you would like, I'll send you a copy of the death certificate. He may well have HAD Covid-19 when he passed but it didn't KILL him.

Billy, about 50,000 people die from the flu each year, and a similar number die from pneumonia; figure about 100,000 from the 2 diseases combined. Even if you discount the reported COVID-19 death toll; and reduce it from the reported 146,000+ to 100,000, it still has killed the same number of people in a much shorter time span. Also both the flu and pneumonia can be treated with an assortment of anti-viral drugs; the only treatment for COVID-19 is Remdesivir.
