Default 440 6 pack

Putting together a stocker bottom end and I have 3 blocks to choose from.
The best block checks out with a minimum of .171 cylinder wall thickness. Before machine work is done.
My pistons are .060 over.
The question I have is, would you fill the block or sleeve all eight cylinders?
I've had someone tell me do not fill the blocks you will lose ring seal.
