The latest corporate business model relative to Human Resources, is to recruit and hire the cheapest, not the most qualified. Hence if you have 2
felony arrests on your resume, and you come cheap, bingo. Oh, and not to digress, but some of us are old enough to remember when these HR depts. were simply called personel departments, and they seemed, at least to me, to be able to accomplish more in two hours than their modern day counterparts do in two weeks.
