There is dirt parking at the next exit up, where the old road meets I -15. Plenty of big 18's to keep you company. No facilities.
There is a similar deal right at the ramp on the the other side of the freeway at the track exit.
You could just ease under the bridge at 6:52, and add another dimension to the cluster f. on the other side. Don't worry though. It will be all over at 7:04. (12 minutes)
