2008 rules changes

better read up on that full face helmet thing, in the new rulebook it said: (gen reg 10-7) any car 9.99 or faster. In super gas mandatory. but in super street it reads "for all closed-bodied cars, an open-face or a full face helmet mandatory" what is missing is the words: or 135 mph, which is found 3 pages back, under designation "any vehicle running faster than 135mph must meet min. requirements for 9.99 sec. vehicle.
Is the rule book correct or is binky? if Alen doesnt run 9.99 or 135 he is fine, but for me i am stuck buying another new helmet!

I need to know about the diaper thing also and who will be paying cont. $. time is running out.
