Chassis Tuning Help

My 68 charger has issues hooking with transbrake, foot brake it hooks fine with a 1.50 60ft . The car weighs 3350 with driver. 440 ci, 688hp,620 Ftlbs, 5000 stall,4.56 gear, 727. Any thoughts of what is happening. In the video I launch at 3600. The ladder bars are parallel with the ground. I have single adj qa1 in the rear set on 2 clicks from full soft and dbl adjustables Qa1 in the front set on 2 clicks rebound, 10 clicks comp. I haven't tried tightening up rear shocks yet.
