My car has a 105" wheel base with only 49% on the rear and I usually carry 20-25 numbers in my delay box and have had as many as 50. Your bar is way short. Mine is around 56" and 5.5 to 6" off the ground. I need to look at my notes to verify the exact number, but I know it's around there. If your struggling to cut a light, you should also move the engine up. Yours is very low.
