Hi Chuck, we have tried several with 40" being the best and yes it gets loose at night if there is dew on the track. Have not gone any shorter , can set shorter and on the antisquat line. Wheelbase is 104" and crank centreline is 9 1/2" , car is an ex prostock Beretta.Not a lot of options available as pro cars generally run the intersection points low. Car hits the tires harder at 40" but we were running the pressure a little lower back then so I think we have gained a little . Car originaly was 49" and about 4 1/2" drove good but would not react. Car was set up with 45" and 7" last night.
