Default Vette rear suspension help

Looking for some help on my corvette rear end set up. It has the IRS with tom’s upgrades, QA1 double adjustable shock, and a L88 rear spring. The problem I’m having with the car is when it launches the rear drops about an inch and them rebound back a hundred time faster. It does the same thing in second. It feels like it wants to throw you through the front windshield. When I set the shocks on the tightest setting it seems to help a little. I only have four rounds on the car and as bad as it is I’m afraid that I’m going to wreck something before I get it figured out. So I have no idea witch way to go, do I make the rear spring stiffer or do I need to make it softer. I know I have to back off on the clutch setting and the front end probably needs some work(I have a set of morose springs and front shocks all the way loose). I will take video next time I go because it way to hard for me to explain. The car ran 11.60 at 116 and the 60’ 1.60. Thanks Brett
