Default The best metal polish.

I have found after a lot of years the best metal polish I have ever used. I took the wheels off my race car to a local tire guy to have four new tires mounted and balanced last week. When I got them back I noticed some dried liquid on the wheels which I thought was soap used to help the tires slide on the wheels. When I tried to clean it off with soap and water no luck. I thought no problem, I went and got some Mother's billet polish which is really good aluminum polish. It shined the wheels up fine but the stains were still there. That's when I went to my work bench where I repair and restore old pocket knives and grabbed a small tube of Flitz metal polish. I knew Flitz was great on nickle silver and bone knife handles but it took those stains off my aluminum wheels and they look like new. The only draw back is that a 1.76 oz. tube of Flitz is $10. Got on line and found a 2.4 lb can for $37, not cheap but the stuff works like nothing I have ever tried.
