Default tires for the street

I just put on front disk brakes and my Radial T/A tires hit the fender well going down the street. The disk brake kit put the tires out 3/4".
We tryed 3 things to raise the front end by spacers, none worked,
So I can order new rims with a deferent off set or a 75 tire over the 70 size I have on now.
try pro-trac front runners 215/75-15 which are about 3/4"tread smaller, dont know if that would work
