Default 10.5 McLeod Soft Lok Clutch Rebuild ?

I'm just getting underway with gathering the things i need to get my Belair back together.
My McLeod Soft Lok clutch, that has really never not slipped, OBVIOUSLY needs to be reconditioned. With the simultaneous repair / re-assembly of the engine, and new slicks, I simply don't have the budget for a whole new clutch assembly. Unfortunately, the insert in my flywheel has taken a beating as well.

My first question is.... Can I expect acceptable results from having these components rebuilt ?
and... Is it affordable enough to make it worthwhile ?
