Sounds to me like you may need to tighten the front shock rebound up some to slow the front end rise. If it rises too quickly, it can unload the rear tires and then the front drops quickly. You want the front end to rise in a controlled manner and stay up as long as possible to keep weight on the rear tires, then come down at a slow controlled rate.
