Others may chime here on the subject, however I recall a chassis builder at one time told a friend of time to replace all the front steering components from his 1968 Firebird with new steering components from a 1969 Camaro. He implied the front suspension geometries from both cars are different and the Camaro's is better for drag racing applications. As regards to the Global West pieces, they do work.
