helmet ???

all kidding aside what helmets are known to be manufactured in the US???????---time for a new one and there are stories floating around about "russian/chinese etc." helmets $10 helmets and EBAY super special deals---All helmets have to be a either a SNELL SA2005 or SA2010 rated helmet---If the helmet passes the Snell ratings what difference does it make where its made ALONG AS IT IS NOT BEING LABELED FRAUDENTLY!!!! Now we all know certain companies attached certification labels to their products as being certified when in fact they were not!!!! Just what guaranty other than the manufacurers word that the helmet is in fact a SA2005 or SA2010 certified helmet???
Now what companies are for sure US made helmets??? Thanx Comp
