Wow, this is confusing, isn't it? That does imply that the insurance is included in the membership. But if you read more in the info page you see this:

Commercial General Liability insurance is in effect for all covered NHRA drag racing events that are conducted at NHRA member tracks and for which a premium has been paid to the insurance company. (Emphasis added)

That seems to imply that someone (us?) has to pay the premiums.

Boy, I'm confused. It looks like all membership does is give you access to the insurance that you're required to buy if you race any NHRA event. Hmmm...
