Whats a chiller worth?

Whats a chiller worth? Not how much does it cost but what is it worth ET wise? I see lots of comp and SS racers have the quick attachments installed on their race cars, but have yet to see the cooler in action or the results! The manufactures have no data.....they just say "it has to make your car faster"! I'm not interested in spending money on the "trick of the week" however if it's worth some ET I'll find the money.
