They could be shipped to David and someone in each division who will attend the remaining races can be issued X amount.They can collect the contributions and return the $$ and any remaining decals by a certain date.To avoid any problems the decals
should have a standard contribution (I think someone mentioned $20).Whoever has the decals will have David's address.Anyone wishing to contribute above and beyond can forward it separately.
