Hmmm....well I dont agree with what he is doing, I dont see , as long as he meets time requirments on the balance due, how you could sell it out from under him.

He has paid a deposit, does he have a set amount of time to come up with the balance ? If so, he can excercise that option and timeframe however he sees fit.

Maybe he is just seeing what the market will bear for his new investment

People excercise options like that all the time on all kinds of commodities, I think its pretty sharp, although I would like to see it raced to.....ok Id like to race it

Funny I didn't know you could sell a car that you haven't paid for. Looks like he was either trying to make a quick buck or he doesn't have the money to fund the purchase.
