Default Cam break in procedure

Does anyone have a specific procedure for break in on a cast cam that has been nitrided and
using tool steel lifters? i have asked a lot of people and got lots of different answers, just wondering
if anyone has had hands on experience with this set up? answers i have got are to run it with a set
of shubecks for 15-20 minutes then run the tool steel lifters full pressure, just put it together and run
full pressure and not worry, break in the old way light pressure 20 min then put the heavy springs to it,
and to polish the cam with scotchbrite or fine sandpaper approx 1500 grit and then go thru the old
process of light then heavy springs. input greatly appreciated..
