FLEMING Member Join Date: Aug 2003 Posts: 260 Likes: 43 Liked 53 Times in 24 Posts	Is it legal to notch frame to get oil pan off? I saw where someone had notched the frame on a nova to get the oil pan off.. is this legal?? I may do my frame that way down the road if it is.. Thanks!
