Default Hoosiers/wheels

Hoosier lists the section width of the 18212 9x30 drag radial at 11.3" with an 8" wheel. I called them to see what the section would go to with a 10" wheel, but they didn't know. Anyone here have an idea? - Also, is there a particular brand wheel that won't slip with this tire?, the 18212's on my dad's car move about 1/2" a run, and I'd rather not have to deal with that.

Thanks
