Anyone try a lock up converter with an AODE? Pro and cons? A 4R70W gear set (2.84 low) will bolt in. Any opinions on the Compushift program? I am building a 1994 GT for O and P and would like to use a computor trans. Thanks in advance...........

I believe that after several test sessions and several thousand dollars, you will probably end up with a C-4 in the car. I don' think the advantage that you could get by using electronic shift and converter lock-up will be worth the money it will take to race that transmission. I am not saying it can't be done, or that no one out there can build the trans to hold up, but it will be a very expensive proposition to run.
