Snowed out St. Louis Divisional?

Does anybody remember if we had to prepay for the divisional at St. Louis that was snowed out in the Spring? We were on our way and turned around and came back home. I can't remember if we were going to pay at the gate or had already paid.

Anybody remember??

Is that race still open for entries and can you pay at the gate ?
