Hey guys, newbie here. I'm trying to get my stuff together to try to run pure stock next year in ihra. Anyone know of any other ps cars around division 4? Looking to be in either b/ps or c/ps with a 2001 Camaro. Anyone know where I can find records for these classes? Not much info out there on the class in general.

Welcome to class racing! Where are you located? We're in East Texas and would be glad to chat with you about what your car needs to run competitively.
Regarding other Division 4 cars and who runs what Dan Fahey should be in here shortly to give you more information. I can't believe he isn't the first one to step in. My wife and I have a 2004 Corvette that we originally built for B/PS. It ran a second under and was still street legal. With a good cam from Bullet, headers, gear, converter, tune, wheels/tires, etc. there is no reason that car won't run mid 11s. Let us know how we can help. Scott |

I actually just replied to your classified ad for the cam you had for sale wondering if you still have it. I've googled and researched as much as I could about the class and stock racing in general and have read countless posts on here that have been very helpful. I'm in Red Oak, just south of Dallas.

Good to hear you are still on the forum. Running my car in F/PS... Managed a couple 12's in the heat at Capitol before they cancelled the races. Saw 5 other Pure Stockers at Pittsburgh ProAm. D |
