RIP Aaron. I enjoyed meeting and talking with you and always enjoyed you and Mike English's banter back and forth.

This guy could tell you anything you would ever want to know about drag racing, from Top Fuel stats all the way down to bracket racing stats. RIP Aaron. You will be missed.

I sure hate to get this news. Aaron was not only a great announcer, but also a great collection of history. He knew everybody and was always sharing tales to entertain all who would listen. We will certainly all miss him. Rest in peace my friend!

Lots of fond memories of Aaron. Aaron was the Division 2 announcer in 1986 when I made my last Division race in West Palm Beach. He later became the voice of Super Chevy, the AHDRA and MANY other drag venues.
To say Aaron was knowledgeable about all things motorsports would be a gross understatement.
Aaron got involved with Division 2 again about the time my son Brandon started racing.
Aaron was the MC at the 2000 Division 2 banquet when Brandon was elected "Most Improved Sportsman Driver." He always had kind words to say about Brandon.
For the last ten years Aaron and I have had a lot of contact, sometimes weekly. I talked with him about a month ago ... did not know it would be our last conversation.

RIP My Friend.

Very sorry to hear about Aaron's passing, a really fine announcer. Exeptionally knowledgable about all aspects of our sport from pros to brackets. I did get a chance to work a DRR bracket race with him when I was at Maple Grove in 2004. Aaron had a real bad cold / sore throat, didn't stop him though. We had some rain delay down time and got a chance to a talk with him off mike a good bit. A real good guy. He'll be missed!

I have known Aarron since the days he used to run an old pickup truck out at Central Florida Dragway. Aarron had many health issues in his later years and I am glad for him that his pain is over. God bless and keep you my friend. Jim

Aaron was a longtime friend and a great announcer! He announced over the years for the NHRA, Super Chevy, AHDRA, plus many other organizations and at many events. He had a wealth of knowledge on the history of Drag Racing. Aaron will be missed for sure! R.I.P.
