Default Camaro/Firebird electric smog pump--what years

I have one of them kinda a 92 or so electric smog/vacuum pump used to create vacuum for the power brakes----What year/s and models did these come on ???need one for a street rod project---seems like certain Corvettes mighta had them too--Thanx for the help ---FED387

Use the Ford Part Number F6ZZ-9A486-DA or Motorcraft equivalent Part Number CX1567.

are these electric?? wanna put it in a remote place not on the firewall--- why this pump instead of the GM pump??

Yes, it is electric, used on the 2000 Cobra R Mustang; preferred because it pulls the most vacuum when compared to other pumps. It pulls 10" of vacuum.

If you plan to use a PCV valve, use P/N E5ZZ-6A666-A; is designed for boosted applications.

Also, there is a good GM pump if you can find it; P/N 22062562, and the electric connector is P/N 12085485.
This pump was used for brakes on Buick GN and some Cadillac applications.
