New starter from Mancini Racing.

Item# MRE644
$129.95

You can buy a stock rebuilt starter for a 1998 Dodge pick up with a 318 or 360 from your local auto parts store.

Post Re: mopar starter question

I've found that some OEM style mini-starters need a little clearancing. The area on the block has been around a hole that is in the bottom of the bellhousing area. I believe a spot there is usually machined at an angle, but for some reason, some starters still hit. Maybe it's something with slightly different starter bodies......just in case you run into that.
