He did......about a million posts back. My dad had one of those pieces of crap in a 55 Plymouth. Pure junk.

Is the the same box? Or just the same number of gears? Powerglide parts did not fit the absolute piece of crap Powerflite.

Yeah, but Jeff is that what it is? You know it's not. I can't run one of those light Torqueflites with the Chevy bolt pattern they use in Comp cars, even in my SS car. Can use a $6000.00 Pro Trans 350 Turbo with those guts installed. I'm surprised Chrysler had to use a GM trans and Ford 9" rear (sorry, meant 8.4") when they have Torqueflites and several rear ends. Also surprised they are allowed, especially in Stock. None of my business, don't have a dog in that fight. Just surprised. If I ran Stock against them I would be unhappy about it.
