Turbo Action's box is also very reliable, It can be used with rpm or on a timer to shift. We use it on both the comp car& the superstock car.
Also Paul Forte is more than helpful for questions, both for troubleshooting and installation.
good luck

Turbo action Cheeta-E is in my opinion the very best choice, no chips and no internal wires to break. You can even have it shift the burnout for you if you wish.Very nice piece, a bit more $ but well worth it. Joe

Im hoping they are as good as you say....Ive been waiting for mine...they were backorderd for about 2 months...I need to set it up and mount it....they have em back in stock now.

Paul has been more than helpful, he was even going to give me a "loaner" unit they use for testing until the others were in stock. Most other companies would say.......youll have to wait.

That long appendage on the right side of your body works really well and doesn't cost anything. Will last a long time too since it only has to move an inch or so twice each run.

I agree, but I want repeatablity across drivers. I can set up for exact and repeatable performance this way...no matter whos driving. Myself, the old man and 1 other driver at current and a real good chance of another....I know the car better than the driver......I know what its capable of and with some more data I will know WHERE...so eliminating a whole "human factor" in performance, or lack of it and repeatablity is a bigge for me.

The car is all electronics controlled....so...why not take advantage of something the rules allow and is best done for repeatablity ?

Ill shift a stick car....and thats the other combo. I like that its fun and Im good...but even I cant repeat my bests...its impossible...you can come close but not exact.

Besides Ive got a torn right rotator cuff and till I get it fixed later this year certain movments kinda light me up....thats my story and Im sticking to it....its my "handicapped accesable" option
