My grandson's started complaining that one particular type of car was faster than all the others, so I factored it and now nobody is happy........................

When I asked him how he liked it, he never did answer me, but quickly adjusted his cap and jacket, got a glazed over look on his face and launched into some monotone about " building momentum , coming together as a team, and thanks to Grandmom for coming on board...........Cripes!!!! he's one of them!!!

With some properly placed felt on the track, you could slow them down from 1000' on....

Could one of the cars is "under" the MFG shipping weight?
Is one lane "Prepped" better than the other?
Where is that rule book?
Now what "Is" the lane choice rule?
Yep, looks like a little factoring could in order.
Who do we call or write about the factoring, Biondo?

Check out the "MR2 Auto Drags" Stock / Super Stock 1:64 (hot wheel size) series! I got two for Christmas as stocking stuffers. A White E/S 1970 Chevelle and a Sub-lime green 1970 Super Bee also in E/S trim. Both look period correct for stock eliminator with names and sponsors. $4.99 @ Wal-Mart, double that on e-bay. There's also an E/S '1970 Boss 302 Mustang which I couldn't find.
They also have 1:24 scale '70 E/S Boss 302 Mustang and a 1:24 scale '57 Chevy that says "This car will be given to the Stock Eliminator Champion" lettered across the fenders and doors! The detail is pretty good (even finned clevland looking valve covers and shaker on the Boss car) for $19.99 @ Wal-Mart.
Great idea for your gift cards!

You bet Jeff, we snapped up a bunch of those when they came out.

It would appear that my grandson is going to have to give up his track to a bunch old men on New Years Eve, generiously lubed by the evenings sponsors: Captain Morgan, Jack Daniels, well you get the idea

My son got the E/S Super Bee and Challenger with Compulink style tree as stocking stuffers. He opened and discovered the list of other cars. So we went to Walmart and Toys R' Us to blow his Xmas money on bunch more. Now he has a "field" of Stock & SSer's !!!! He did, however, pass on the new Mustangs so he wouldn't have to hear the other neighborhood boys gripe about the unfair advantages against their Chevelles and Camaros LOL!!!
