Default Super Stock GT Classification - Help Needed

Hi Guys,

I have a LS-1 Style Fourth Gen Camaro (98-02) That I want to use to compete in D3 Super Stock (GT) next year. I am new to this class stuff, and I would like any input that you guys could give me. With that being said; I have a couple of questions:

-What's the shipping weight of this kind of car? In other words, what weights could I run this car at? I plan on running a completely flat hood (V6 designation maybe?)

-Are their any specific GT classes to try and avoid because they are heavily populated in D3?

-What class(es) and weight(s) would a 350/285 motor put me in?

What class(es) and weight(s) would a 327/275 (I think that is the hp) put me in?

Is either combination better or worse in this day and age?
