Default 1969 - 1970 Rochester 2G Question

I must have fallen and hit my head pretty good as I currently in the process of gathering pieces to attempt to run super stock next year. I am looking at building the 1970 350/250 combination with a two barrel but I am having a hard time of finding a carb with the correct measurements that fit: 1.686 throttle bore, 1.375 venturi. Does anyone have any idea of what carb # to look for? I remember reading something that the correct numbers listed for the carb are not the 1.375 venturi carb.

Thanks in advance,

Tim

You are correct. The #s listed are for a 1.250 venturi. I don't know of any #s but I can tell you to look in marinas as boats used them and medium duty trucks. Old U-Haul trucks and military junkyards are good places to look. Also ask circle track racers as they use them.

Thanks for the reply, Billy! It ought to be interesting to see if I can get this old heap to run once I figure it out.
