A radial is going to be worth about a tenth, I've never had a bias tire come close to the performance of a radial slick. I get about 100 passes up to 120 passes on a pair of 30x9 Hoosier radial slicks.

I run the (94") 30X9 Hoosier radial slicks, and can only average 75-90 passes before my 60's start going away. I do swap at about every 25 passes.... |

30" Radial is .12-.13 faster in the 1/4 mile for a similar sized tire, and still a good bit faster than even a 28" bias. I've never rotated mine. Typically run 18psi. 112-115 runs on the M/T 3066R (30x9 radial), been 1.41 60' on cords. 60's are dead-on until 110 runs, then they might blow them off completely, then come right back for a couple runs. I can only remember about 3 runs out of 1,200+ where the tire slipped "just a little". That's why I bracket race on them full time. They print timeslips.

I am getting ready to switch over to radials. So which rim width is the best, 8" 9" or 10".

I was told by the Hoosier tire rep not to switch the tires from side to side because you will lose tire life. I just changed mine after 130 runs and they still had a good bit of dot left in them, and I never switch mine.
