Default Are Super Stockers required to be self-starting?

I'm not seeing it in the rule book. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

As you are not allowed to tow them like a Comp Elim car, sure better be able to start it...

Where in the rule book does it state that they have to be self-starting?

Section 20 page 38 line 8:5 --all cars must be self starting ---no rolling or push starts

Not sure where you are going with this but I will tell you after decades of experience (particularly when it comes to a somewhat unusual combination) don't show up at the track and say "the rulebook didn't say I couldn't do it" as you will likely have spent a bunch of time and money and get booted anyway. Ask the tech director before you attempt any off the wall idea, they are pretty good about telling you yes or no ahead of time.

Section 20 is Exhibition Vehicles.

But I did find that under Section 21 General Regulations 8:5, that all cars must be self-starting, so I guess that answers my question.

Thanks...

Just curious. If a stick shift car could not start in the lanes. Then can it be push started by people?
