You are right about the pre- check. You have to make sure your computer programs do what you want them to...beforehand. Your remote mikes and stuff like that too.
Ask me how I know !

Default Pure Stockers to Class Nationals event planning

Mike Beard:

Thanks for making me aware of this race.
Lot a of great suggestions.

Maybe this is the race to Sponsor the Pure Stock Challenge.
Would it be possible to have a separate Pure Stocker Race if say 16 or more show up.
Maybe get a couple more sponsors to help.

I would donate my car for someone to drive.

Dan

That may be a possibility. I have another sponsor interested in the Pure Stockers as well, and it might be something we can work in Friday night in between rounds of the Quick 32 CIC races in order to generate a little more cooldown time for all involved. Drop me an e-mail at staginglight@gmail.com and we'll get you in the loop.

Just to get this out waaay out in front, folks, keep in mind, we have Pure Stock-savvy Tech people on staff. If you claim your car as a Pure Stocker, it'd better be right. Slapping mufflers on your standard Stocker will not fly.

Michael, You can add this to your awards listing:

Blue Streak Converters will pay the winner of Saturday's S/SS Comb race,.. $300 cash
(If you are a Blue Streak customer)...or a $300 credit for goods and/or services..non contingent ..whatever the case may be.
A customer is described as anyone who has spent money with us in the last ten years and right up until race time. We don't require purchase of a new converter.
Thanks again, Michael ...and good luck!

Racers are coming together with contributions both small and large to make the Northern Class Nationals the biggest and best Stock and Super Stock event in over a decade! BJ Graham, the wife of Super Stock racer Mike Graham operates a bookstore and collectables shop on Amazon.com called Best of BJ. Racers who make a single purchase of $5 or more on the BestofBJ Amazon shop any time before eliminations will be eligible to claim contingency of $100 Win or $50 R/U in each of the Sunday $5K main events! (No decal required, but must have copy of receipt.) www.bestofbj.com

BJ's site also contains her heartfelt tale as a breast cancer survivor -- a disease that touches our extended racing family more often than we may know. Read it.
