Default Stock Super Stock weight

Coming back to NHRA after many years away. I recall there was once a rule that when moving class up or down there was 250 maximum weight. AM I remembering that correctly, and because I cant find it in current rule book I assume its gone?

I don't think that has been in the rule book for years. I have to add 300 lbs to switch from U to V, no one has ever questioned it in 12 years. Make sure the weight you add is properly secured, they do check for that.

From O/SA and down the index's farther apart by more than .15 . Which makes is harder too move up or down a class . Some times your stuck at naturel class at min.weight + 130 lbs for driver . Then look at who's in that class and how far under they run. The index's for stock & SS are listed in the racer info . What combo's are you looking at at ?
