Fender to tire clearance

How are you guys gaining fender to tire clearance with 9/30 radials? What techniques would you use to roll fender wells? Just looking for suggestions and ideas... Thanks

On my Cougar with the particular offset wheels that I have, most of my clearancing was done on the inner fender wells with a B.F.H.
