Fuel Filter Recommendations

What size filter element in microns should I use for my 5.0 Cobra Jet? Is 100 to large? This filter is between the pump and the injectors.

10 micron between the fuel pump and the injectors.
Make sure it is a high pressure element and my preference is stainless steel.
100 micron is used between the fuel cell and the fuel pump.
