Basically means that Roberson's attempt to dismiss the case was denied, and that the case will move forward (i.e. continue).

Also, the venue for the case against Randy/HeadsUp has been moved to Ohio, since the business is located in that state.
And for the same reason, the venue in the case against Jeff Taylor has been moved to Indiana.
