Mustang 1996-98 4.6

Looking for input..considering building a 1996 Mustang with the 281 , 4.6 , 2V engine rated at 207 HP.. Car will fall into N, O or P Stock.. would be a Automatic . First question what tranny can be bolted behind the 4.6?

Will,

Trans would be a C4. I haven't done much work on the 2V motors, but from the way it looks, might be tough to make fast. IMO. There's somebody in D3 running this combo for years.
