Rocker Studs?

I have a set of 351 Cleveland 4v heads(NON BOSS 351) with rocker studs and guide plates installed. Are they legal in Stock Eliminator for my combination or do I have to use pedestal mount rockers? Thanks

As written the rule says that you must stay with the pedestal mount.
