The weight break seems to favor a very light driver. I like the idea, but the rules need to be tweaked. I am also not sure that there are many good aftermarket EFI systems being manufactured without data logging.

I'm not aware of any currently manufactured EFI systems that don't have data logging.

The guy doing the resurrecting is a good friend of mine. He is kinda flying by the seat of his pants right now and is very open to input about the rules, etc..
