I can't seem to log into NHRA, anyway can somebody cut & paste or tell me whats the rule concerning back area of Stock Eliminator car. Does the carpet have to go all the way up the panel/firewall separating trunk from interior. Obviously I have no back seat. Thanks!

"Rear seat my be removed when roll bar is installed; area must be carpeted or upholstered equivalent to factory specifications (no bare paneling)."

Yes. Seat can be removed but area has to be carpeted or something to that effect.
Right up to package tray cover, or right to window ,which is usually easier and neater.
