Looking for recommendations on a battery charger, for between rounds and at home. Also if any are North American made? Thanks in advance

for 12 volt I have a Black and Decker that I like. I bought it at Wally World. You know them well.
Its digital and has 40 amp charging capacity also engine start. I used it for the race car before I switched to 16V Not sure where it was built.

The Moroso charger 74016 is a great charger as it will charge
every type of battery 12V and 16V. Fast 30 amp recharge plus is a maintainer. They aren't cheap and Rock battery sells the same model under their name a bit cheaper than I've seen the Moroso. They also have free shipping.

I can highly recommend Rizk chargers. 100% made in the USA, built (and even looks) like its 1955. Its a true transformer type, very well regulating unit with no electronics nonsense. Very heavy copper leads, with stout alligators. Has been 100% reliable for umpteen hours so far, both at home and at the track.
After going through three made in China Schumacher, Travelers, and ____ (cant remember) units in less than two years. Someone on this forum actually, if im not mistaken, told me about Rizk. Small Family owned for decades and build a very solid unit. I got the P160. Massive amps on start/boost setting!!.... That thing will boost start my 1949 International Bulldozer !!! Been meaning to buy the little brother to it for other home use... Here is their website: http://usabatterychargers.com/ Kevin |

I like the way they look, old school style. When my 20ish year old Schauser dies, I'd buy one.
