Are Under Cut and or Hollow Stems legal in NHRA Stock?

Evidently. The rule book says that stainless can replace regular "steel" valves, the stem diameter and head diameter must match the OE spec in the guide, titanium is only legal if the OE part was titanium, and the stems may not be filled unless the OE part was.
Hollow stem undercut stainless valves with OE diameter heads and stems have been passing tech for some time now.

Here's a dumb question? Are longer than stock valves allowed?
Not sure if they are even needed. Just a question. And im guessing the cut back stems are a no no too? |
