Assembly Lube

What is everyone using for engine assembly lube? It seems that every company has it own unique formula these days. Just curious if one is any better than the others. Thanks in advance

lucas has a very good assembly lube.

Used to use the Sealed Power stuff, more recently have used a Clevite product in a palm sized plastic bottle.

I have used Amsoil assembly lube for a couple of years and have not had any problems.
