Buckeye S/SS @ Night of Thunder , National Trail Raceway

Just to remind everyone of the upcoming race at National Trail Raceway on Saturday July 13th. This race will be held with the annual Night of Thunder event at the raceway. This is an excellent opportunity to race in front of a large spectator crowd as well as a tune up event for the Lucas Oil divisional race the following weekend.

This is probably our biggest race of the year and as such we have decided to up the winners payout from $1000 to $1200 and the runner up from $300 to $400.Round money will remain the same.

We haven't seen some of you this year for various reasons but I hope you can make it to this very enjoyable event.

I will be sending and posting more information next week as to gate times , qualifying session times , ect.

E-mail sent to me from National Trail Raceway about the race this wekend:

Looking forward to another fantastic event with the Buckeye Stock / Super Stock series here at National Trail Raceway during the 26th annual Faslube Night of Thunder event this Saturday.

Here is the anticipated times for the Stock / Super Stock racers on Saturday:

Gates Open (Racers) - 8 AM
On Track (Junior Dragsters) - 9 AM

Session 1 of Buckeye Stock / Super Stock - Around 10:45 AM
Session 2 of Buckeye Stock / Super Stock - Around 2:30 PM

Round 1 of Buckeye Stock / Super Stock - Around 5:00 PM

After round 1, the rest of the race will run in conjunction with the Night of Thunder Shows (7, 9, and 11). We do have one scheduled round around 10 PM if we need it to finish the race on the final show.

Attached is the run order for the event. Looking forward to everything on Saturday and if anyone wants to leave their trailers here for the LODRS event next week that is possible (might have to move if in a spot we need for what D3 wants).

Hope many of you will come out to race at this exciting race. We have also upped the win money by $200 as well as the runner up by $100. that's $1200 to win and $400 runner up. All other round money will remain the same.
