Hello...
I am curious as to what kind of valve spring pressures are being used on Stock Eliminator LS1 engines, especially for combos that are running 7500+. I currently have 430 - 440 open, and I'm not sure it is enough. Also, can anyone recommend an on-head valve spring checking tool for an LS1? I have a Moroso valve spring checker that is not anywhere near close to fitting. I have tried an LSM tool (one that works on standard SBC and BBC rockers) that only works when the valve is fully open. With the tall valve cover rail on an LS1 head, it's hard to get a tool in there. I am hoping someone makes a tool that works on the LS1. Thanks. |
