Just wondering if anyone has the old NHRA cam and spring specs for a 68 GTO 400/350 4 speed. I bought one to restore and thought it would be fun to build it around the old stocker specs.

Pontiac did not use a lot of lift on their cams, mostly in the .401 to .421 range. Even the RA4 was only something like .475 |

NHRA has the lift specs but they don't have the duration and overlap specs which is what I'm looking for.
